WIN A $250 Gift Card

1. The competition opens Saturday 22nd October 2022 1am EST and closes Saturday 29th October 2022 at 11.59pm EST. Entries submitted before or after that date and time will not be valid.
2. To be entered into the ‘Win a $250 GIft Card’ competition the entrants must publish a photo on Instagram of a halloween costume that incorporates clothing from The Simple Folk and tag @thesimplefolkco in the photo between Saturday 22nd October 2022 1am EST and closes Saturday 29th October 2022 at 11.59pm EST. The Simple Folk Co reserves the right to close this competition at any time upon reasonable notice.
3. One entry per person or per Instagram handle. 
4. One winner will be chosen at 11am EST on October 31st 2022 and will be notified via their Instagram account direct message on Tuesday 1st November with instructions on how to claim their prize.
5. The prize is in the form of gift card to the value of $250 / £250 / €250 and can be used to purchase The Simple Folk Clothing on the official The Simple Folk website only thesimplefolk.co / thesimplefolk.co.uk / thesimplefolk.eu and not on any third party websites or physical stores.
6. If the winner does not claim their prize within one week, the prize will be forfeited, and another winner will be selected.
7. The closing date for this competition may be extended.
8. Entry into this competition is acceptance of these terms and conditions.
9. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and no physical cash alternatives are available.
10. The competition is not open to employees of The Simple Folk, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the prize draw.
