What is the GOTS Certification?

Earning the esteemed GOTS certification means that our garments are not only organic but they are certified organic.

GOTS stands for Global Organic Textile Standard and is recognized as the highest worldwide standard for the processing of organic fibers. It comprehensively covers the entire textile chain—from the sustainable, ethical harvesting of organically grown plants through eco-friendly and socially responsible manufacturing and labeling practices. What is the STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX® certification?

This premium certification ensures that a completed product—which might include dyes, linings, thread, buttons, and other accessories—is free of harmful chemicals and is safe for human use.

This certification involves:
• A global standard
• Voluntary participation
• Annual review of criteria
• Independent, third party testing to verify that each product is free of damaging levels of over 100 substances known to be dangerous to human health. This testing takes into account all the ways these substances might enter a body, from direct skin contact to inhalation of fumes.

With so many toxins and harsh, unnecessary chemicals hiding out in mainstream apparel, we are devoted to helping keep your children’s wardrobe free from anything you wouldn’t want touching their delicate skin.

What is the fit of your garments like?

All of our garments are designed with the most comfortable fit possible and are meant to grow with your child so they can wear them through multiple seasons.

Our pieces are designed to breathe and move along with your child as they play. With this in mind, we use a stretchy composition of 95% cotton or cotton fleece and 5% elastane for items with more of a snug fit. Pieces made with linen, waffle, muslin or corduroy have less stretch and are designed to have a more relaxed fit. Our Lightweight Jacket is made with organic cotton twill.

For knitted items, our cardigans and jumpers are made with 100% organic cotton yarn and our socks and tights are an 80% organic cotton, 15% polyamide, 5% elastane blend to provide the most practical comfort and durability for your child.

What are the best methods of wash and care?

Every fabric has its own care and wash instructions that will help to keep your garment in top condition. Our advice: Spot clean when you can and avoid overwashing, as this can help the natural fibers maintain their strength for years to come and reduces water usage.

70% cotton 30% linen
Hand wash or machine wash cold on delicate cycle. Lay flat to dry and iron on low if desired.

95% organic cotton 5% elastane
Machine wash cold on delicate cycle. Tumble dry low and iron on low if desired.

100% organic cotton (waffle, knit)
Machine wash cold on delicate cycle. Lay flat to dry and iron on low if desired.

100% organic cotton (jersey, twill)
Machine wash cold on delicate cycle. Tumble dry low and iron on low if desired.

80% organic cotton 15% polyamide 5% elastane cotton (knit)
Machine wash cold on delicate cycle. Lay flat to dry and do not iron.

100% cotton (muslin, corduroy)
Machine wash cold on delicate cycle. Tumble dry low and iron on low if desired.

100% merino wool
Hand wash only as needed. Always lay flat to dry. Drying may cause shrinkage and faster wear over time.

100% linen
Hand wash with cold water as needed. Lay flat to dry and iron on low if desired.

78% recycled polyamide, 22% elastane (swimwear fabric)
Machine wash cold. Turn garments inside out before washing and drying. Color may transfer, wash with similar colors.

Orders, shipping, and delivery
Do you ship internationally?

Yes! we ship from both the US and the UK, so if you are in the US, the UK or the EU, you will not incur any customs fees. For other countries, please note that duties and taxes are not included in your order total and will vary based on the country.

The package recipient is responsible for all local duty and tax charges presented at the time of delivery.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, along with PayPal and Klarna.
When will my order ship?
Orders generally ship within 1-2 days unless otherwise noted. Most items will be shipped the same day an order is received (Monday-Friday prior to 2:00 PM PT). Orders received after 2:00PM, or those received over the weekend or on a national holiday, will be shipped the following business day.
How much will it cost to ship and when will it be delivered?

U.S. standard shipping is $5.95 and will normally arrive between 3-8 business days. For orders over $49, standard shipping is free.

Expedited shipping is a flat fee of $8 and normally arrives within 3-6 business days. For orders over $100, expedited shipping is free.

Delivery time frame is dependent on the shipping option selected during checkout.

How much does it cost to ship internationally?

Shipping costs will show as you check out depending on your order. Please note, we are constantly working on ways to improve shipping rates and distribution locations.

Returns & exchanges
Can I cancel my order?

The good news is that we ship out orders quickly. However, this also means we can't always guarantee that we can change/cancel an order before it ships.

Please review your order carefully, and be sure to get in touch right away using our customer care form if you have a need to cancel or exchange your order. A member of our team will be happy to assist you.

Should there be a payment dispute, please contact us directly in the first instance within 14 days to enable us to solve your issue personally. We treat each dispute on a case by case basis.

Do you accept returns and exchanges?
If you wish to return or exchange an item for any reason, please visit returns within 14 days of confirmed delivery and we will be happy to assist you with the process.
How will I be refunded?
Once we've reviewed and approved your refund, it will be credited within 14 days through the payment method used during checkout.
