If for any reason you find you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept your return or exchange within 14 days of confirmed delivery. Please note that returns or exchanges requested outside of the designated window will be accepted only at The Simple Folk’s discretion.
All sales of The Sustainable Mask, Gift Cards, E-Gift Cards, and pieces from our Archive Collection are final. Final Sale items cannot be returned for exchange, credit or refunds.
returning an item:
If you are located within the US and wish to return or exchange an item for any reason, simply complete this returns form within 14 days of confirmed delivery to get started. (Please note, if you need any assistance, you can email our dedicated customer care team here or call (800) 803-6612. They’ll be happy to help however they can.)
Please be assured that we will always work to provide a replacement, if requested, or issue a shop credit or refund where applicable.
Kindly note that due to the fact that our pieces are manufactured in small batches, size and color combinations are limited and may not be guaranteed. We’ll always do our very best to support you and your investment in your children’s wardrobe.
Please carefully pack all items and ensure they are well protected. Please be advised that if items are damaged in transit, their return may be refused.
All garments must be returned unworn and unwashed with tags attached and in the pristine condition in which they were received. We recommend trying on all pieces immediately upon delivery of your order to ensure you’re able to get in touch with us if you wish to return or exchange within the 14 day window.
All return packages must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt of your confirmed delivery, and we strongly urge the use of trackable shipping methods.
We aim to refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item to the payment method used during checkout.
international returns & exchanges:
We are happy to accept international returns, though we are only able to offer shop credit or a full refund where applicable. Due to shipment costs and processing times, we are unable to offer exchanges. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in the case that the original item received was damaged. Please contact our customer care team to start your return.
Should there be a payment dispute, please contact us directly in the first instance within 14 days to enable us to solve your issue personally. We treat each dispute on a case by case basis.
Due to the nature of these pieces, sale garments are not eligible for return.
