You may return items within 14 days of delivery for a refund, exchange or store credit.

International Return Policy 

We are able to accept international returns for a refund or store credit within 14 days of delivery. The Simple Folk is not responsible for return shipping costs for international purchases.

Return & Exchange Conditions

Return items must not be washed or worn, and the original tags must be attached. Please carefully pack all items and ensure they are protected for shipping. 

If you have requested a refund for your return, please allow 14 days from the date we receive the product back for your refund to be processed.

A few of our pieces are not eligible for returns and are final sale. These items include The Sustainable Mask, Gift Cards, e-Gift Cards, and items from the Archive Collection.

Kindly note that our pieces are manufactured in small batches. This means that size and colour combinations are limited and availability is not guaranteed. We’ll always do our best to support you and your investment in your children’s wardrobe.
