All orders placed on this website will be dispatched from our fulfilment warehouse based in the US. We ship orders to Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, Macao, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea and the United States. 

For orders shipping to EU countries, please visit our EU Store. If you wish to ship your order to another destination, please visit our UK and International Store

It takes one to three business days for us to process and ship your order. During particularly busy periods (such as the launch of a new collection) we may take a little longer, but you can still expect your order to be dispatched within seven to ten business days.

Order Placement

Orders placed on this website will be shipped from the US and invoiced in US Dollars (USD). 

Although we use all reasonable means to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified time, we cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control. We will always try to inform you of any unexpected delays.

We encourage you to refer to our Christmas Delivery dates for more information on whether your order will reach you in time for the holidays!

VIP Collection

Please take your time to browse the collection and carefully consider which pieces you’d like to purchase before you reach the checkout page. They’ll be forever yours once you opt to take them home! All sales are final and orders cannot be edited.

Kindly note that our pieces are manufactured in small batches. This means that size and color combinations are limited and availability is not guaranteed. In the event that an item is unavailable, we will issue a refund and ship any remaining order items.

International Customers

International orders placed outside of the United States may be subject to customs or import fees. Any customs or import fees are to be paid by the recipient once the parcel reaches its destination. Customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country and unfortunately, we do not have control over them. You can contact your local customs office for more information.

If you refuse a shipment from The Simple Folk, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, import fees that are included on the package, and the cost of returning the package to The Simple Folk. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

At The Simple Folk, we appreciate how important it is to have your order delivered to you as quickly as possible, and as such, we will process it with the greatest level of care and expediency.

Place order before 11am MST Mon-Fri. Orders placed on the weekend will be processed on Monday.

Please note that orders shipping to an Army or Air Force Post Office or PO Box will be sent USPS Priority (3-10 business days).
