We do our best to design our baby and children’s pieces to fit true to size, though little ones come in all shapes and sizes! We always recommend reviewing the fit notes and garment measurements on each product page and comparing them to a favorite piece your little one already owns, as this is often the best way to visualize the fit. We happily accept returns and exchanges on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with tags attached. Once your return reaches our warehouse and has been processed, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Most orders ship within 1–3 business days. If an item is available for preorder, the estimated shipping timeframe will always be noted on the product page. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive tracking information by email so you can follow its journey. Our prices reflect how each piece is made: in small batches, with high-quality natural materials, designed to last rather than be replaced. That's a more involved way to produce clothing than mass manufacturing, and it's what lets a piece hold up for years instead of months.
Spread across that lifespan, the cost tends to shrink. Many of our customers are still reaching for the same pieces long after buying them, and our children's styles often move from one sibling to the next, so the price quietly becomes very small per wear.
