Our burel wool is sourced from the Serra da Estrela region of Portugal, where the culture and ancient legacy of wool are revered. Traditionally used by shepherds in the mountains to protect against rain and snow, burel wool is water-resistant, easy to maintain, and can withstand years of wear without losing its shape or quality.

This are the most beautiful shoes I have ever bought. I am so sad actually that it is a house shoe :-D otherwise I would wear it the whole day even outside. It is cosy and the sole is very comfortable and supporting. The only thing was that the outside sole didn´t glue so well, it went of on a couple of parts of the shoes but I could fix it.
