Return policy
We are happy to accept returns on unworn items in their original condition (unwashed, tags attached) within 30 days of delivery. Fill out this form to get your return started.
US: All returns for a refund have a shipping label fee, which will be deducted from the total refund. This fee is waived if you opt for an exchange or store credit refund. Alternatively you may purchase your own shipping label to return the items and include a packing slip that we provide.
International: Customers are responsible for return shipping cost. We recommend a tracked or ‘signed for’ service as we do not accept liability for lost parcels. Return parcels must always be clearly marked 'Return to sender - children’s/women’s clothing' (as appropriate) for customs purposes.
It is the sender's responsibility to fill customs documentation in correctly. Incorrectly labelled returns can result in incorrect duty or VAT on re-importation. In the event The Simple Folk is incorrectly charged to receive return goods this value will be deducted from the customers return value.
Classic Gift Cards and e-Gift Cards are final sale and cannot be returned. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment. Orders placed with store credit are refunded as store credit.
Exchanges
Start your return process here – you have the option to exchange your purchase for a different size or color of the same style. If you prefer to switch to a different item, we suggest opting for store credit as your refund method and then placing a new order.
